Buying Guide

Here, I will try to address all queries with regards to buying and paying.

How do I make a purchase?
1. For your convenience, the Order Form can be found on the right side of the page or at the menu bar on the top of each page. Please fill in the required information on the form and click "Submit Now".

2. We will respond to your order soonest possible (normally within the same day) to confirm your order and inform you of the total payment due.


What payment methods do you have?
For buyers in Malaysia, please bank in the payment to the specified bank account(which will be provided upon confirmation of order) within 3 days of your order and notify me via email of your transaction. For international buyers, payment by PayPal is accepted, and payment should also be made within 3 days from your order date.


Do you accept credit card payments?
We are only able to accept credit card via PayPal only.


I notice that your prices are quoted in MYR. Can I pay in other currency (ie USD, GBP, EUR)?
Yes, you can. The latest exchange rate on www.xe.com will be used for currency conversion.



How much deposit would I need to pay for pre-order items?
For pre-order items, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is needed unless stated so in the item desccription. Balance will be payable upon arrival of item to Malaysia. If you decide to cancel the order later, deposit is NOT refundable. Full payment is required before item is sent out to you.



Do you accept installments?
We do accept installments on case per case basis. Please contact us for more information.





When will my items be sent?
Your order will only be posted upon receipt of payment. For pre-order items, items will only be posted 2-3 weeks after pre-order close.
* Kindly take note that the item you order will no longer be reserved for you if full payment is not made within 3 days of your order.



The item I am interested in is out of stock. Can I still make an order?
Sold out items may be replenished upon request (depending on stock availability). To order sold out items, you can leave us a comment or send us an email to couturestopshop@gmail.com.


How long would I need to wait for pre-order items?
For pre-order items, waiting time can be up to a month. Please inquire before making an order. We will let you know the tentative waiting time.
