Shipping Guide

Here, we will try to answer some of the most common questions on shipping.

When do you ship out the items?
We ship out all items within 3 working days after payment is received. For pre-order items, items are shipped out 2-3 weeks after pre-order closing date. Should there be a delay, rest assured that we will keep you informed.


Which shipping courier does Couture Stop Shop use?
As we are based in Malaysia, we use the Malaysian Postal services to send our items. For locations in Malaysia, orders will be posted by Pos Laju. For international buyers, orders will be posted by registered post.


What are the shipping charges?
For customers within Malaysia, price is inclusive of shipping :)

For international shoppers, actual shipping charges apply according to weight. Postage methods include normal registered post or courier services. Please contact us for quote.


Do you give discounts or combine shipping?
Don’t worry. We do combine shipping.  Do contact us for an accurate quote. As for discounts, please do look out for promotions that we run from time to time.


What is Registered Post?
Registered Post means the delivery is recorded and it comes with a tracking number. With recorded delivery, your items will be trackable via www.pos.com.my when it is still in Malaysia and via your country’s postal website when it reaches your country.


Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with the exception of Israel and Nigeria.


What is the delivery transit time that I can expect?
Within Malaysia, we will normally ship using Poslaju. Therefore, you should be receiving your items within 3-5 working days after payment is received.
Internationally, please expect anything from 15 to 20 working days. Transit time varies from country to country.
