Terms & Conditions

To keep shopping here as pleasant and smooth as possible, please note the simple terms and conditions below:

1. Products sold are not returnable nor exchangeable for another item, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Once an order is placed and payment is made, no cancellation/amendment of order is accepted and no refunds will be given.

3. Upon placing an order, full payment should be made within 3 days. After the 3-day period, the item will no longer be reserved if payment has not been made.

4. All shipping charges are to be paid by buyers.

5. Please note that the colours of products may differ slightly from pictures shown on the site due to factors such as lighting, screen resolution, etc.

6. Please note that some of our items are ready stock and some are on pre-order.

7. For ready stock items, please allow 3 working days (West Malaysia) and 5 working days (East Malaysia) for items to arrive. For international customers, please allow up to 20 working days for items to arrive. Customers will be kept informed of delivery via email.

8. For pre-order items, please check closing date for pre-order in details of items before placing an order.

9. Should an item be out of stock after payment is made, seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund buyer in full.

10. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the courier company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
